Girls Basketball cruises past Bristol Central

Newington 65, Bristol Central 18: The Newington girls basketball team dominated Bristol Central from the tip and coasted to a victory. The Indians didn’t allow a point in the first quarter while scoring 18 of their own which put the game away early. Ashanti Frazier led three Newington players in double-figures with 14 points. Gio Rivera and Abrial Murray were the other two double-figure scorers as they had 13 and 10 points respectively.
