Girls Basketball adds 6th win in 7 games

 Newington 45, Rocky Hill 41: The Newington girls basketball team held Rocky Hill scoreless in the second quarter en route to picking up its eight win of the season and qualifying for the postseason. The Indians were still down by four entering the fourth quarter but outscored the Terriers 12-4 in the final frame to seal the deal. Abrial Murray had a game-high 25 points in the win while Ashanti Frazier and Ali Houldcroft each added seven points apiece.
